How do I track my order?
Orders are shipped from our Centennial, CO location. When your order is shipped, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment. This email will include your product tracking number.

Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
If changes can be made before the order is shipped, then we will do everything to accommodate the change. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Where can I find a Acara Skincare retailer?
All of products at this time are online, direct order shipping. Please contact us if you are interested in becoming a distributor, and stocking product.

I have a question about one of the products I purchased.
Please address any questions to our website under "customer care", and your question will be answered within 24-48 hours

Can I return my purchase?
We strive to provide the best experience for our clients, and we want you to be happy. If you wish to return a product, please contact customer care on our website to obtain a return authorization, and reason for the return. We cannot take product returns after 30 days, or for products that are over 50% used. Returns must include the original packing slip, and shipping charges are not usually refundable. Please allow up to 30 days for your return to be processed from the time the product is returned.

Can I return my product if it melts?
All of our products have a melt warning, because they are designed to melt at body temperature. During hot months, these products can get warm in transit, and at home. Acara Skincare is not responsible if a product arrives melted. If you store your products near heat, or in direct sunlight, they will melt. Please note that if this happens, you can put your product into the refrigerator to keep it cool, and the quality of the product is not compromised. It just may look different.

Does Acara Skincare provide free samples?
Most often, we include free product samples with an existing order. Because we market by word of mouth, we want to send samples. Each sample request is reviewed on a per client basis, and you pay the shipping charges.

Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes. They are available for purchase in our online store starting at $10. The gift certificate is a code that is emailed to you that can be used during the checkout process in our online store.

Is there a minimum order / price for a personalized essential oil?
Yes. Please contact our customer service department for custom essential oil inquiry.  We have an impressive inventory of custom oils.

How long does my order take to ship? 
Most products ship within 5 business days of receiving your order. Custom orders may take longer. If an item is back-ordered, you will be notified via email with an update.

We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit and debit cards
